Louise @The Dessert Kitchen, is my Hartfield- based, bespoke dessert company. I create high quality desserts, cakes and treats for a range of traditional and modern tastes.
Professionally trained in Denmark, I moved to London and worked both as an in-house caterer, as well as a pastry chef at The Ivy. I moved to Brighton in 1996 and set up a catering business supplying desserts and cakes to cafes, restaurants and pubs in the area.
I established this retail dessert business based in Hartfield in 2012 and am working out of a purpose built catering kitchen with a 5 star Environmental health rating.
